March 26, 2020 - a glorious sunny Thursday afternoon during our COVID-19 PAUSE.

Many of us on Roosevelt Island had been confined for days, so when the sun came out and the temperature reached 57F / 14C, hundreds of residents came out for a walk, to enjoy the sun, and to spend time with their kids and loved ones.

With my photography I sought to capture the warmth of the late afternoon sun and the bright light that helped lift everyone's spirits as we wait out the PAUSE.

Thanks for looking and I hope to meet some of you when the COVID-19 restrictions are lifted. Please leave any comments.

Spring is almost here and let's hope for great times in the remainder of 2020.
